At Bedsure®, we want you to experience ultimate comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
